Plot reselling is basically dead after this update, though relocating still works without any limitation at all.

Not dead, but it takes a hit. Nothing stops them from buying the plots as FC houses, which you can still get 8 FC houses on a single service account.

Selling them is easy, give them the money, they add you to the FC and they leave. The house is yours immediately.
