Putting those words over Krile's appearance seems like a misdirection to me, since the voice that said it (and the bound by duty line that follows) belongs to Yugiri, which would seem to suggest she's talking about Gosetsu.

I personally think it is genius that the voiceover goes on while the new glamour system is shown

Regarding the primals I think they will be integrated only as much as the warring triads were. A small mention followed by their own separate storyline.

As for Ferdiad... why would he be renamed Kefka if it were the same being?

Names change throughout history, and while we may know the Jester Voidsent as Ferdiad, some one in some far off land could know him as Kefka, I imagine he's likely appeared a number of times throughout Hydaelyn's history.

Yes, but it didn't happen with Halicarnassus. There was the mythological being used by Omega and there was the random voidsent that reminded people of Halicarnassus, who messed up Haukke Manor.
