This is how I want to meld the 290 gear and honest opinions on if it is possible to do Ala Mhigan with the following gear/stats.

Well, I have never used WWYW in the simulator, so I didn't know what it would do with it... As for proc-ing of Good/Excellent, it could complicate the calculation of, for example, a comparison between the overall efficiency of two rotations. If the simulator does allow procs, it should probably include a button to have the option of including or excluding procs. Another thing to consider is, the proc rate for different items / different crafter level could be different. So to implement the codes, one would first need to find out the statistical data about it, which could be a pain.

As for your gear set, I have never tried doing Ala Mhigan gear with such minimal stats, so I don't know. Perhaps it'll be fine with the power of WWYW, which I didn't use.

As for your melds, I'm not so sure about your Tier VI melds on your i290 gear. Since Tier VI are so much more expensive than Tier V and IV (on my server, Zalera), it seems cheaper to avoid the VIs, and go for some slight overmelds of Vs and IVs... especially when Vs can be acquired from Red Scrips exchange, and so I have stocked up quite a lot of them. In addition, VIs have a really low chance of materia retrieval, so you can't really transfer what you melded onto the i320 gear. I would do VIs on the chest, but that's about it. For instance, for the tools, I would just do 2 melds of lower tier CP materia. But anyway, if you have a good supply of VIs, I guess it's all fine.
