There's nothing new regarding rotations with the the 70 durab 3 star items in this Patch 4.2. I used the same rotation as I had used for special 2 star recipes. Since most of the mats I used were HQ, the final product was made HQ with ease as shown in my previous picture with lots of extra CP and durab left over.
The 35 durab 3 star items are a bit trickier, but not that difficult. It's all about "floating your durab" (letting your durab float up and sink down using Manip [before lvl 65] or Manip2) just like what we are so used to by now with all the 40 and 35 durab items we craft in the past few years. I pretty much start off with the same opening as I would manual craft a special 2 star recipes. But instead of 3 PBPs, I used only 2, then when durab is at 15, I activate Manip2. After that, I used a Patient Touch (durab down to 5, and then restores back to 10). Now I used Flawless Syn, and the durab will float back to 15. Keep going with Flawless Syn spam until durab is near max, use 1x CS III to burn off durab before it's maxed out by Manip2. Watch your CZ, refresh it before your durab hits max. At this point, your manip2 will have like 1 step left and your durab at 30. So hit Flawless again, and durab will be maxed. You will then see yourself completed most of the progress (about 400 progress remains), sitting at IQ3, and CZ already active, and durab at max. Looking perfect, you start off your quality with SH II and prudent spam. Use Hasty if necessary when CP is running out too quickly due to lack of Trick of Trades. Finish up with a IQ11 byregot's blessing (make sure you use Ingen2). And then a single CS II or CS III in the end to finish it.

You sir or mam are a genius! What kind of CP are you starting out with on this? Using Food and Medicines too?The 35 durab 3 star items are a bit trickier, but not that difficult. Thanks! I'm a full time working mom, so no sir please! LOL!
Since this is manual crafting, you can get away with less stats, less HQ mats, and you don't need to be specialist to do it. It also depends a bit on luck with Trick of Trades. The more you get, the better it becomes.
As for macro crafting, please see below...
Thanks for the link! So I tested one of the rotations on there for specialists. And it works like a charm. The only issue is that it needs a lot of CP... it needs a base amount of about 472 CP, with a final amount of 535 CP after food and medicine. It's very demanding, and requires some expensive food+medicine.
This is NOT my rotation. I merely copied it from the reddit link, and modified it into a 3 part macro. And I found it to work very well for Specialist classes:
/ac "Initial Preparations" <wait.3>
/ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
/ac "Inner Quiet" <wait.2>
/ac "Specialty: Reflect" <wait.3>
/ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
/ac "Manipulation II" <wait.2>
/ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3>
/ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
/ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
/ac "Great Strides" <wait.2>
/echo 3 star 35 durab - 535 CP Macro#1 done <se.2>
/ac "Ingenuity" <wait.2>
/ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Steady Hand" <wait.2>
/ac "Great Strides" <wait.2>
/ac "Ingenuity II" <wait.2>
/echo 3 star 35 durab - 535 CP Macro#2 done <se.4>
/ac "Innovation" <wait.2>
/ac "Byregot's Blessing" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
/echo 3 star 35 durab - 535 CP Macro#3 done <se.6>
If you get an Excellent after the 2nd macro is finished, you can manually hit Byregot immediately, then Observe and Focused Syn to finish it. You need to be specialist to have that extra 15 CP from Stroke of Genius to use the above rotation, as well as having that "Reflect" too. 535 CP is already the amount taken into account stroke of genius being active. If you don't have stroke of genius, it would have been 550 CP.

“The best crafter is not the one with the best stats, but the one who makes the best use of one’s stats” – By Caimie Tsukino
I usually have at least two material items on the list HQ, so if you need 1 koprical nugget and 1 opal then i would have those both HQ. Understand? if you are none spec then i would atleast have 3 - 4
