Why are people not understanding this?
BLM gear it up with gear that has spell speed on it
SMN/RDM gear this that has DET/CRIT/DH o n it
It is 2 different ear sets, has nothing to do with the plates, so when you do this you only NEED ONE PLATE, not TWO, since RDM and SMN has the same gear.

So you are telling me that blm share no gear at all with rdm/smn?

You could have worded it better too, because the way you presented it, the system relies on the stats on the gear for number of plates, rather than saying, "Since BLM uses different gear than SMN/RDM, you only need 1 plate to have different glamours for the 3 jobs, to have a different appearance for SMN/RDM. No Plate is needed for BLM".

Makes a lot more sense than what you said.
