    BLM gear it up with gear that has spell speed on it
    SMN/RDM gear this that has DET/CRIT/DH on it
    It is 2 different gear sets, has nothing to do with the plates, so when you do this you only NEED ONE PLATE, not TWO, since RDM and SMN has the same gear.
