Note how the original post was made on 02/01 asking about the Setzer outfit, and then edited on 02/19 to add the picture showing that it was unisex. That's because up until then, the outfit had only been shown on male characters. While it's possible that it was always intended to be unisex, it's suspicious that it was displayed as male-only for that long before suddenly being advertised on female characters after people complained. It only needed small alterations to accommodate the larger female chest and smaller waist, so it would hardly be impossible for them to fix it that quickly.
