Do you even have to ask? As Kazrah mentioned I already have a whole tbread for my Necromancer healer concept

None, rather them spend time balancing and fixing jobs so that there's no "meta" and everyone can just go as is, but it's unlikely to happen.

1) Morpher (it would be so fun to transform into animals to fight!)
2) Beast master, but only if it can tame any beast type monster

Where the hell is ranger?
Honestly They could add so much more even for a job you might think is already in the game.
if you look at like ranger / marksman gun wielding classes for example then a lot of people will say but we have machinist that already fills that role. but it really doesn't. I mean sure it uses guns but the whole steam punk aesthetic and play style just isn't what many people want from a gunner class.
same thing for monk. this one on a more personal level. I loved monk in ffxi. (especially monk tank with counterstance lolling at byakkos triple attacks) I loved monk in 1.0 when they added jobs. and I generally am quite a big fan of hand to hand / martial arts jobs in other mmos I've played. yet in XIV I almost never play monk. because I simply don't like the way it plays. so i'd quite like to see another hand to hand class with a different play style. maybe a martialist job with a different play style and style of hand to hand..
Archer is another one back in 1.0 when they first mentioned jobs everyones expectation was that arc was going to be ranger not some hybridised bard support class. and there's a thread recently where players have said they want a bow class without the singy song playstyle.
I know a few people that would like a full blown axe wielding dps class that doesn't fall into a tanking role or play style.
and people that want something like corsair but again people say its already in game with machinist. the weapons might be there but the play style or aesthetic simply isn't.
I think my biggest problem is the way people rule out jobs based on weapons. like we already have a bow class why do we need ranger. or we already have warrior why do we need another axe class. or we already have monk why do we need another hand to hand class? even if they use the same styles of weapons you can have very distinctive aesthetics and play styles.
in a way it's like the history of the games brd. 2.0 many people loved brd and its playstyle. in 3.0 many people dropped bard because even though they loved bow classes and jobs the bow mage play style just wasn't fun. and now in 4.0 many of those players have picked bard back up again...
kinda shows how simply having a bow class doesn't mean there isn't room for 2 or even 3 bow classes. because they can all play so very differently and how a job plays is a big impact on whether that class is played or not. so if you liked bows but hated casters in 3.0 for example you were basically screwed with no options.
they could have had a bow class bard that sings and casts songs for example. and a non casting ranger class that played entirely differently. despite both using bows

Got me between Mystic Knight and Gunner. Wouldn't mind Gunblader or Gun in one hand sword in the other. Maybe have Rostnthal teach that too since he basically does that.

Lame you can only vote for one. I'd love dancer, blue mage and necromancer. I voted for necromancer.

here's what I think should be the next job : DANCER DANCER DANCER DANCER DANCER LET ME TWERK FOR AOE DAMAGE LET LB3 BE ME POLE DANCING: end of my thoughts :3

In my ideal FFXIV world I'd like to see DNC and RUN. I mained DNC in XI, but my god, RUN had really fun tank mechanics. Granted, said tank mechanics wouldn't work in XIV so I wouldn't expect the same gameplay out of it, but the aesthetics of RUN alone would have me playing a tank really quick.

Dancer for healer and something else for tank.
No more dps please
