As for DH, it's pretty hard to get enough to make it have a noticeable impact, and you're giving up a lot to do that since it does absolutely nothing for healing. It's not really worth it for healers vs more Crit/Det.
That's not true, actually. Det shouldn't be prioritized over dh if you're melding with the intention of having higher damage. Since theres no base dh on healer and tank gear it scales very well at low amounts, and has a very noticeable impact on damage. And there are no "couple cases" where a 330 item is better then 340.. However, the 320 hq torreya bracelet pentamelded with dh is bis over the 340 genji bracelet.
