Necromancy as a theme in XIV is considered taboo and illegal, there are many... many quest lines that deal with the subject and the end result is always, "This is really bad, an affront to the gods and never really turns out the way you want. Don't do it." As far as speculation, that's fine, but it's fairly clear that Necromancer will never be a Job in XIV.
