Not to derail the intended conversation too much, but this is where some sort of commission system would really come in handy. You hand over the goods to an NPC, set the price for how much you'll pay for someone to craft it, and then you sit back and relax.

Crafters can then pick up player-created leves from the Adventure Guild. Some simple rules to make it more appealing for everyone:
    • Each leve comes with a timer (30 minutes or less or you get your materials back), so they're always completed promptly.
    • There is no risk of losing materials. If you fail, you can retry it again. Maybe for a reduced exp/gil reward as the Adventure's Guild will need to replace the items.
    • These leves do not detract from your overall leve count.

This is the coolest idea I have heard in a long time.

I've noticed that when I'm over there I cannot hear shouts from people that are on the lower level (near the MW or repair npc).

I've also noticed that the majority of crafters are either botting (I craft a lot, and I love crafting next to someone experimentally starting conversations to see if they're botting. Usually if they don't respond for a good 3-5 synths I assume that they're botting), or not paying any attention to their screens, and so they may not see you shouting for help.

Truth, since skyrim came out my LSs have dropped to less than half of normal attendance.

Hell, even I'm taking a break for Skyward Sword! The power of this Fall's release schedule is just too compelling...
