Well to be bit cheeky, wouldnt it then be better if the run goes faster? If you enjoy a dungeon and everything goes smoothly you will be out of it in a reasonable amount of time and on top of that you can be back in it fast too. While with very bad players you really need to concentrate and hope that you will even survive trash pulls thus cant really take in the run itself. I do enjoy dungeons much more if we are all doing our jobs acceptable and I have way more time to look at the scenery, while bad runs tends to just stress me out too much.

Lets not forget the players that are so bad equiped that they should not even be there..(that tank with <60 gear in an harder 60 dungeon, who tried to big pull twice but wiped us on that and yet still wanted to do big pulls. °_°)
Or people who are just simply that bad at their job even at 70. I mean I kinda get used to at least wiping once with the trash mobs in Ala Mhigo..because a lot of the healers are bad but that one healer really was the worse.. x) They nearly wiped us at the second boss (My friend and I saved the run and later at the trash mobs we were sweating horribly because we did not know if we would survive it..and on the last boss he had to protect the healer all time as the tank or we would not have done that)

Honestly if you have them rarely it might be fine but some of us are just unlucky..and I really would be curious how some of those posters in this thread would react if they have to see this daily?

Letter from the Producer LIVE Part IX Q&A Summary (10/30/2013)
Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.
