Straight Shot is also with Emp Arrow. I fused the oGCD with the abilities.

Then you would run out of tp. In theory you can only do 9 - 10 emp arrow before you run out of tp. In your list you would have 12 then. Or have you calculated enliven into it?
1000 tp + (70 x 20 ticks = 1400) = 2400 tp / 250 emp arrow cost = 9.6 Emp Arrows.
