Why aren't they nerfing healers already?

Actually noticed another flaw you have. Your straight shot sometimes show 2000 damage alone, but it is actually 1000 potency, heavy shot + paen have 2000 damage and most important of all dots are not ticking every 2.3 sec. In reality dots tick every 3 second. BLM can not keep dot uptime 100% either because every time they get proc, dot will disappear from the target.

Then you would run out of tp. In theory you can only do 9 - 10 emp arrow before you run out of tp. In your list you would have 12 then. Or have you calculated enliven into it?
1000 tp + (70 x 20 ticks = 1400) = 2400 tp / 250 emp arrow cost = 9.6 Emp Arrows.

I was doing quick math for point of discussion. If you don't like my calculations you can do your own. If anything then it would still diminish bards DPS much more significantly than BLM's with the Thunder procs.
