Why Does It Feel Like Poor Play Is Acceptable (I'm Venting.)

My rant was not about wanting the fastest clears.

I'm aware of that and but I'm bringing my own opinion here as well. If there is 10 trash mobs right in front of you, why would you single target 1 add at the time? I get it, people not doing heavy thrust etc the very horrible thing was the ''real subject here''. I'm bringin up something that I felt like sharing. I get your topic don't get me wrong, but it should be a basic thing to aoe mobs when there is 5-10 right in front of you. I think this is one of the horrible things in this game. Maybe you don't find it horrible but it's something players seem to ignore to read on their tool tip. Hey pretty much like the people you met who are horrible who never read them hence you was being mad about some super horrible play because they can't read what their own skills do .

I'm.. not gonna read 30+ pages to catch up, I apologize for how lazy that seems but it's mostly people arguing the same point from what I can skim.

No need to apologize, if you read what I said to him, I'm saying the same to you. I was bringing up examples not saying its what he meant. If a player can't seem to aoe big amount of adds in front of him they don't do the basic. I think it's as horrible as a drg not doing heavy thrust, tanks not mitigating busters, healers spamming medica 2 etc. Yes there are even schs who just spam physique because they think that's the real tool to do most of the time as a sch.
