Agree it does need community dev feedback, they do seem to flit around certain topics and its quite annoying. (leve balance seems to be one that is always ignored)

Personally I think that all battle and field leves should be issued at the Aertheryte they are started at, either via a new NPC or directly through the Aertheryte.

Perferably an NPC though.
