The only thing I see making this better would be making Fell Cleave 100% stronger during IR I guess.This! Consider how easy it is to play DRK and PLD in a raid setting. Their rotations are simple and relatively forgiving. One bad step in your IRzerk phase, and you've got a wonky 5 rage you can't do anything with. That's punshing enough as it is, ontop of the fact you lost a zerk'd fell cleave.
Its disingenuous to pretend that you can play as poorly on DRK or PLD as you would have to play on WAR to end up with 25 BG and the DRK or PLD would just walk away with some minor loss that you don't care about.
We're talking about a mistake like "I popped Delirium even though the boss is going to jump away before the base Blood Weapon duration runs out, and the phase transition lasts so long that I can drop Darkside and get my MP back with Refresh". It's hard to mess up that badly. And the DRK who does that loses something like 470 potency, compared to the WAR losing a 650 potency Cleave and getting 100 of that potency back from the free Onslaught.
Take this as you will.. but idk if it's a buff.... it sounded like a nerf according to what they were saying in the Reddit Discord translations.
Next Job Adjustments.
BLM is one of the mentioned job (and their priority apparently)

I hadn't actually considered that. Instead of half gauge cost, all gauge actions do 2x damage. That's almost brilliant in its simplicity. Virtually no change to any balance whatsoever, gets the hulk smash impact FC had in HW back. No increase to overall damage. Easier to use.
Actually on 2nd thought, I guess it would be a slight buff. Instead of 6FCs +maim+Path you would get 3FC, Maim, path and still have 3gcds left for another 30 gauge at best. Then again the upheaval and 2 onslaughts would consume that 30 gauge anyway and its not enough for another FC without giving up upheaval so that's a no go. But you would get a more damage from the extra 3 gcds of combo regardless.

My initial reaction on the "official" translation when they said usability of warriors was "Y-you said dark knight wrong..."
