even after 60

I’m one of those types of players that wants to level every single class/job to the max level of an expansion and I’m currently in the process of leveling my Samurai to 70. I noticed while i was leveling my first job to 70, that you basically need 3 to 4 level relevant 60+ Dungeons in order to gain a level. Based on the (Bonus) EXP given by each type of content, you can basically get a level fairly easy by running the following content:

• The Daily Alliance Roulette
• The Daily Leveling Roulette
• The Daily (Stormblood) Beastmen quests (while sitting in the queue for the next duty)
• Running a level appropriate leveling dungeon (for instance “Bardam’s Mettle” on level 65~66)

Depending on the group and queue times, you can get a level in roughly 2 ½ hours as a DPS. After that, i can run Ivalice, an Expert Roulette for Tomestones and spend time on other things, like practicing with the new Performance feature. Frankly, i’d rather do that then run Palace of the Dead floors, all night long. (^_^; )

There is something in POTD even after 60 - particularly if you don't have any roulettes left and you're a dps stuck with 30-40 minute queues. (surprisingly, you're not earning any XP when stuck in a queue). You can get it done 3-4 times in the space of an hour, and that's 2.1 million XP you wouldn't get sitting in a DF queue. I do it now and then when the queues are long and the mood stikes me. Sometimes I'll solo it, it takes longer but can be more interesting that way.

I don't think EVERYTHING has to be the most efficient/per hour at all times, as long as you're having some fun its all good.

As you can see by my character card that I am a Grandmaster of War and my last tank is at 60 with 4,873,000 exp till 61. I have worked hard to get to 60 and my dailies, weeklies and roulette's have been run I'm tired and i want to get to 61 before i go to bed. Easiest, stress less, and most fun thing to do is to run potd. My potd gear is 99,99 so I have no fear of dyeing or wiping at any stage or any floor. I am so experienced I know when the team may wipe and avoid being around them when this may happen. I never run to enemies I always pull toward me to avoid wipe traps. During prime times of game play running floors 51 to 100 yields 583k + 583k + 583k + 583k + 853k = almost 3 million exp. If your a tank and under geared? just enjoy the team and tank when needed. Yes potd is still useful after 60. Don't like floors 51 to 100? just repeat floors 51 to 60 they are always filled up fast ...

Well, good that you enjoy PoTD? But you can not claim it as the best way to get exp when the math proves otherwise.
Most fun? Maybe for you, others are so bored with it. Easiest? Try brain dead. All I'm reading at the moment is boasting and gloating about something that doesn't use even the slightest of brain cells to clear. No skill required. Also, if you were so experienced to when your team would wipe, you'd find a way to prevent the wipe without abandoning them.

you don't understand potd I do. You have to avoid a trap that when hit will reduce your hp to 0. Many noobs like to run in shoot everything that walks and run into these kinds of traps. Good players stay back and anticipate the wipe traps, always pull never run into an enemy but there are many who do.

If you're talking about Landmine traps, those don't take your HP down to 0, unless you got popped by a scumbag pox that fully disables your HP regen or you're already in combat. It puts you in a dangerous spot, yeah but I've yet to see a trap that will OHKO a player. Now, if you were one of those unlucky schmucks that stepped on a landmine right next to a bomb box, then RIP my dude.

All I can do is laugh hysterically at that. If you are so timid you have to stay back from everything, you're part of the problem for slowing it all down. Get some guts and use your tools to survive a trap if one goes off. They only deal roughly 50% hp, and every job has some form of heal... and brown chests just throw out potions if one is in your path.
