Depends how fast you want to level it and what job it is.

If you don't care that it takes like 3 months, you can just do daily hunt bills and Beast Tribe quests every day.

You can also do Trial/Alliance Roulette and Weekly Challenge Log bonuses.

It's tanks and when I said dungeons I meant all duty finder stuff, though PotD is tolerable though always long queues for me.

Currently they are a bit low for hunts.
