I like how a large majority of the 50 Mages are loving the changes and he's the one complaining about them.

@Jasper: Jobs will be able to use most (all?) of the abilities learned from the base Class. The Job specializes you further so you will be proficient at one role but removes your versatility and most cross-classing, so they are meant for larger parties.
