first this is not real life. but the main point is archer was so nerfed because it was so OP, why was archer so OP? you can draw on your real life experince for this one. archer is ranged, a pug or lancer has to get close to the target to hit it (lets not get into the lancer has a long reach argument, it is not as long as a archer and is still in AoF alot of the time) but archer can stand behind the healer and still hit the target. hit hit hit, rest let hate go down hit hit hit. this is why archer got nerfed. archers complained and complained.

ok so your point you think AA will slow your mobility, well if that is the price you have to pay to get back some of your DD tough. you will never go back to how you was, you were OP and there was no balance

When did I ever say return arc to what it was? When I say we need more damage, I mean we need enough to compete with other DDs (Which we cannot do right now period.) AA will just make our mobility issue even worse, because, as I stated before, you can only stretch what is believeable so far. Even in the realm of fantasy, an archer being able to fire accurately while running around is effectively impossible.

The one thing I thought about that worries me about Pugilist's elemental "stances" is that they're meant to represent status changes (attack mode, defensive mode, evasive mode) yet they're tied to elements. So even if you say, wanted to go defensive against an enemy you can't if that enemy is Earth based, unless you plan to completely gimp your ability to hurt it.

I think they should have made them simply boost attack/defense/evasion rather than have an element tied to them, the more I think about it.
