This would be unfair for alot of casual players with houses. You're kind of holding a person accountable to a certain playtime or commitment each month to keep the gil flowing. Alot of people saved for ages to buy a house, and then emptied it all to buy one. I see no pro's to this, only negatives and unneeded time and resources that could be put towards more meaningful stuff. Once a house is owned it is to be enjoyed, not stressed out over. " Hey wanna do this raid? " " No...I can't. Need to craft a little more to make sure I have enough gil to pay my rent for the month on the house I........ purchased?"
