There should be unique achievements for clearing savage/ultimate bosses when they are current tier content. Maybe even titles associated with the achievements. The loot from raids could have set bonuses to make them more desirable than other gear of equal level. However I would like for unsynced loot farming to remain possible because more people with different motivations see the content that way. Challenge seekers, trophy title hunters and those wanting the best gear will clear it when it's relevant and the people who want to farm mounts/glamour or just have an easy tour will do it later (and never get that cool title).
