Tanks not holding aggro in dungeons? The new norm?

Wow another one of these huh? Things to consider with this whole idea of new norm;

First; is this a new tank type; raising level not in sync or fully cap?

Second; are they well equip compared to rest of group? ( even in sync yes it makes a slight difference depending on tanking experience )

Third; Do they say they are new even though you can tell by their performance?

Chances are they are new to tank role / have fate / Palace of The Dead grind a tank job and lack mechanics.

IF people are complaining about how a tank over pulls, under pulls, can't keep hate, then people should really stop complaining and have either a tank role and switch or at a minimum have a friend tank to help you before queuing in otherwise that is the nature of Luck.

Also UNLESS YOU HAVE ALSO A MAIN TANK ROLE PLEASE STOP WITH YOUR ALL MIGHTY EXPECTATIONS. IF YOU DON'T TANK DON'T JUDGE.
