It is still the best way to level up .. doing fates is boring and useless .. tell me what other is there to level up an alt other than POTD?The reason is because the enemies are not threatening enough to learn proper group coordination and rotation. By the time you can even begin to use a proper rotation or a basic combo even the enemy or enemies are dead. PotD is a sneak peek at best, a means to get your feet wet more or less.
I never said it was bad for leveling, just that it's bad for learning a proper Lv60 rotation. The only time you get to use a proper rotation is against the boss, which takes awhile to get to.

I still disagree with you if you do enough POTD's you can build a rotation and understand your class and you are wrong it doesn't take that long to get the the boss fight at POTD
Compared to jumping into content you can properly practice in? Yes, it does. Stone, Sky, Sea is a good place to practice, and you get into that immediately rather than traverse 10 floors to, same as any actual dungeon, trial, or raid. PotD is the kiddie pool. Argue it all you want but the facts speak for themselves.
