While I support the idea of item level minimums, there is an issue with how the roulette works. The intent so far has been that a person doesn't get to choose the instance they get from the roulette. The number of dungeons in the roulette grows each time you level up and there's nothing you can do about it.

However, if item level requirements were added to leveling dungeons then a person could always exclude a dungeon they don't like by lowering his/her item level. Don't like the Vault? Take off half of your equipped gear before queuing. This would not only go against what a roulette is but also affect the queue times and frequency of higher level dungeons. People who don't cheat the system would perhaps find themselves getting Sastasha and Toto-Rak more often because they get teamed up with item level cheaters who don't like Aurum Vale.

I would like to see roulettes remain as random as they can be and not give people any means to deliberately skew the queuing process. Does anyone have a solution for this potential issue?
