Honestly, i wouldn't trust this. This sort of scam found it's way onto the World of Warcraft server forums a year or so back. (The wording is very similar, only switch out WoW centric stuff for XIV stuff)

How is it a scam? Did you load the website? The only personal piece of information you possibly could give is your email, but the OP asks for email/discord. How can you get hacked with a discord account name? :thinking: Also, what use is knowing your player name? You need the account name and password to get into your account for FFXIV, and you need the email and password to get a password changed.

All i'm saying is that one of these started circulating in the WoW server forums and it ended badly for more than a few. I don't trust it, and i wouldn't suggest that others trust it.
If you, or others, want to trust it.. go for it. I gave the words of warning of similar surveys on other game forums leading to compromised accounts. What you or others do from this point is all up to you.

If you're that scared you can always run a malware scan and virus scan afterwards. BTW you can't get scammed unless you supply the scammer with personal information.

I'm not scared. I'm simply not participating and i informed people as to why to steer some away in the case that this isn't on the level.
If you want to use it, go right ahead. I'm not stopping, but you seem to have something against a cautionary tale.
I mean, if all you want to do is cause something to argue about, you'll have to find a more polarizing topic than this.
