Just a thought, but competition among companies might give the players more immersion.

We called it "Frontlines", and until they offered XP, much of the playerbase convinced themselves, often without trying, that it was "toxic", had "too many buttons", was poorly balanced, and avoided it like the plague.

Believe it or not, it's worse now than it was before, balance wise.

People who would be harassing with it either already do, or do is with different methods. I'd like to be allowed to compare my performance with others as a way to improve.

More skill involved content

What I mean is somewhat already happening, where people are having to start paying attention in the story and the content. It doesn't have to be super hard, but I'd like it to require more attention than pressing a single button. With the amount of people who make it into higher level content not knowing basics, it's scaring me.

just so you know they do actually read these forums so anything here you suggest could actually be forwarded on to someone for further review. whether they do anything is another matter but still. keep suggesting away! i would like multiple glamor slots on gear because i like having class specific gear glamored for my summoner but the glamor is broken on my red mage because i use the same piece.

Might be coming in 4.2. Don't know for sure yet but they did indicate major glamour changes coming then. Let's hope ;-;

This. To which I would add, upgrade your hamster powered piece of crap servers so I never have to hear 'server limitations' as an excuse ever again.

Also, two more free retainers for everyone. Its ridiculous the amount of gear and items that have been added since ARR, but they haven't offered players more free retainers. But greed gonna greed I guess, so I doubt that would ever happen.

1. Maybe a solution would be to do item infusions(ala Destiny), so rather than bind old gear to new gear(glamor system), we could feed new gear into the old gear we like, augmenting it up to the new gears Ilvl... making all my sexy blm AF gear actually relevant, and not just glamor fodder.

I'd suggest instanced gardening plots for intercrossing, either linked to apartments (courtyard/balcony) or from the botanists guild in gridania for those who cant get a house.

Second, exploratory voyages/airships made available for non house owners, set the workshop up in cids workshop in mor dhona.

Thirdly, highlander eyebrows. Get them! Even a decent looking "makeup" choice (make the makeup brows look like actual brows not a smear)
