Point is that you can see a lot in terms of performance of a player even if you don't have that class on level X. It is a fact that there are a lot of mentors who can't play any of their classes and don't know anything about any mechanic or/and are not able to play these mechanics right and these mentors should not be allowed to mentor newbees and also the behaviour of some mentors is more than just questionable especially if they show a rude behaviour to new players.

I was a mentor for one day, read the NN and left. I went back to explain stuff to new players when i encounter them in dungeons and if they need help. I don't need a crown or reward for that.
You do realize that people get rusty after a while of not playing a specific role right? After a few runs it comes back so chill. Now why do most people even do the mentoring program anyways? Some of us do it to help and the rewards are nice, most are just there for the extra xp do to sprouts/weeds/first timers. So yes there are trolls, and not everyone is at your level. I'm glad you help new commoners but really chill. Report what you consider is trolling and waste precious minutes of your life doing the paperwork rather than just black listing. Here is a tip, take it from a former GM in the field, have a group who feels the same report around the same time. GM's will take you more serious that way and quote what part of the terms of agreement are being violated. If your just not happy how people play, well hello welcome to online gaming.
