    I reread through the whole thing and as it stands, it seems a little op. Haste can really break a game, just look at XI where for the longest time haste in equipment was the one stat to rule them all and RDM was a must have due to being able to cast the spell version. Combined with slow on non boss mobs and that's still a hefty multiplier to damage output.

    I was extremely careful to limit the usefulness and power of Haste when making this idea, as I fully understood how useful it could be. Hasteja gives a 10% boost, which I do not feel would make it absolutely must-have. The big boost comes from Spacetime Warp which makes Hasteja a party-wide 25% boost, but there is a big limitation -- it's effects are limited to an 8y radius. That's a risky proposition, especially when you'd want the enemies within the Warp also to debuff them. That draws the entire party into range of all of the attacks, and anytime a party member runs out of the Warp, they lose the effects until they get back in. It's also limited to 45s out of every 180s, so the majority of the time, the 10% boost is the most to expect.

    In concerns of balancing, though, I have significantly lengthened the cooldown periods for them. Feel free to comment on it.
