I can understand your frustration. The information is readily available. But different people experience content differently then others. That's why people do blind runs sometimes.

I personally don't like to just announce mechanics before each pull. People learn far faster doing a fight than reading a long list instructions. That and I want to respect blind runners too. But they still need to be vocal before hand I think.

Not everyone can or does play regularly or do instances regularly, and if you unlock a lot of things, it can be hard to recall when you've been away. Not everyone gets a returner crown (on a few days, off a month, etc) and even when they do they still may be re-learning after it expires. So saying you are returning or rusty is important.

But the other idea, implying (probably unintentionally) that you must look up guides to every piece of unlocked content before going into a roulette, is off. I will say when I am feeling rusty or don't remember a dungeon very well or if I have trouble with big pulls in an instance, and so on. It doesn't always help in terms of other player's choices or attitudes, but it seems like the polite thing to do. But that isn't under our control.
