I can assure you that's the truth. I spent all last week doing only the raid and the new dungeon for my bard loot and still have none of them... So at this level, it's not even a question of rng !

While it's unfortunate...yes, it is a question of RNG. That's all there is to it...RNG. Period. I've had RNG hate me before when it comes to these 24 mans and have gone without a drop for at least a week on more than one occasion. It sucks, and it is super frustrating sometimes, but that's just the way it goes. I'm not saying that a token system or something would be a bad idea, just that the current system is one I don't really have a problem with. Gotta keep people running it somehow, otherwise it'll be dead content sooner rather than later.
