I don't care what people say... If you run the same duty 15+ times in a week and not a single healer item drops there's something wrong with the looting system

That's it... Ran it more than 30 times last week and almost 10 this week. So this is more than 40 times. I only saw TWICE some bard armor. The belt last week and the body yesterday which I lost at rolls against a first timer who joined us at last boss (Yes, I almost cried)... That means 40 hours in 15 days doing ONLY the raid for NO LOOT at all. There is something wrong and I really think I'm done with it.
(Even If I'm the kind of player who is ok to help and explain to first timers, you can't expect every player to be that patient after 40runs of the raid. Don't ask why some of us players are less and less patient when you have to farm some content again and again like if the game was free to play...)
