Also leveling roulette has an added incentive outside the daily chunk of experience for tanks (and possibly sometimes healers) with the cracked cluster for adventurer in need. I don't see them dividing up the leveling roulette into level categories, it defeats the purpose of the roulette, which is to group people up in a random dungeon or encounter so that people who queue for a specific instance don't have to wait, possibly forever, for other people to queue for that same instance.

Really, they should just add the cracked cluster for adventurer in need to the 50/60 roulette as well.
