Level 50/60 dungerons really useless for DPS?

That is true...but when you don't have any gil(very bad RNG for drops, don't craft, and barely ever gather) it makes it annoying when you do get that higher leveled dungeon, but don't have the gear for it and are still stuck in augmented Shire in a level 69 dungeon.

I feel you there. I was like that for a long time. actually, my bard is currently suffering the worst rng in drops ever, but since i keep doing leveling and getting copperbell it doesnt matter XP Im already at 67 >.> still have 260 (as in Dun Scaith gear)....yeah I may be a bit screwed if suddenly I don't get copperbell but......I'll keep rolling with the bad rng I guess XP I did actually turn to PvP to help offset some of it till i hit 70

On my new character, I actually level all my DPS jobs except RDM in the 50/60+MSQ roulettes. My NIN got a few runs of the alliance roulette, but other than that, all my DPS jobs literally spent 50-60 in those roulettes. (I also planned my dungeon runs so the DPS jobs get the relevant challenge log EXP.)

I only use my tank and healer jobs in the leveling roulette because when I quested to 70 (and during Heavensward from 50 to 60) I saved all the tank and healer gears from quest rewards.

Going forward, my DPS jobs are going to level to 70 mostly still in those 50/60+MSQ+alliance roulettes.

But I guess I'm in the minority. :x
