The ToS are what Zarabeth quoted and here in germany ff14 is 12+. That means you have kids in the game and you have to behave yourself acordingly.

Using the word 'bastard' is different to dropping the C bomb. A reasonable person will not be offended by bastard......but drop the C word and I can almost guarantee a whole lot of people will be offended.

I find that unreasonable.

The speech is fine so long as it doesn't come across as personal harassment. Excessive kicking from the channel could have been seen as harassment. If it didn't take the first one or two times, then black list and move on. You aren't a moderator strictly speaking. Your word doesn't define the rules of the channel. You aren't there to enforce the rules, especially not those that you came up with.
