One small change to Red Mage

This isn't because there's a rare situation where these two action are inefficient that their damage type should be changed.

They are good like this and offer a better syngery with classes like Monk who sadly only buff physical damage (even if it's only a slight increase), or even Drg and their piercing debuff. Piercing is a physical debuff.
As a caster, you never profit of those. Rdm has that chance of being hybrid. Fleche and Contre Sixte being physical isn't a problem at all and I like the fact that we have those two skill being physical because of what i mentionned above.
