Also to all the people saying WHM needs a raid utility buff, I do completely agree. It shouldn't be damage though, we have so much AOE DPS utility that it's starting to seem like a lazy balancing tactic at this point.
Without a partywide damage buff WHM will never hold up outside of progression. No matter how strong their personal DPS may be they aren't making up for losing even 20% Balance uptime on 4 actual DPS.

Giving them more defensive options when they already have amazing AoE healing and sustainability is icing on top of the icing already on the cake. I can't believe this is even still a discussion but healing has a hard cap of keeping everyone alive and WHMs are already there.

People keep bringing up double WHM parties being at a disadvantage but SE has certainly made it clear at this point they are trying to force party diversity. I'm not saying that it's right just because the devs seem to be behind it but I am saying that the main argument I'm seeing for this mitigation tool is the lack of it in double WHM parties. The answer? Don't form a double WHM party when you know it will be an issue.

I don't understand this disconnect. Two of the 3 healers have partywide utility, balance would mean the third needs it too. Or they can buff WHM DPS potency to compensate, I would love to be throwing out 20k Stone IV's.
