    Just to be clear. You have to actually go to your order page and click on the item you bought. The codes will then be listed and you can click "Activate" to show them. Then you go to the promotional code site to redeem it. And if you bought a time card, you use that code in the Mogstation.

    So I bought the time card.
    Received my 2 codes, the timecard code works, but the DLC code is only 18 characters & says invalid.
    Am I entering it in the wrong place or have they given me a dud code?

    Log into https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and enter the code there. Afterwards you will get three different codes for outfit, weapon and mount.
