On the step with payment method I got "4019 : Client IP address is restricted by the vendor."
Ok, nothing new, used proxy and tried to enter credit card info - got "4043: The Vendor Rule Bases disallow this card range."

I actually passed this promotion until they announced the digital cards.
When they did, I bought it straight away (via card) (didn't they say we HAD to use paypal? rofl) And got my codes straight away, I've had an account with Shop to for over 3 years and they have ALWAYS been brilliant. I can't help but think this promotion has probably tarnished their reputation in a few peoples eyes, but oh well.

Bought a timecard and received both codes but only the timecard one works. The one for the cloud mount + gear is invalid. A mate of mine got the same problem.
Nvm. Solved it. Entered the code via mog station instead of redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/en

I just want to say major props to the marketing/promotion team for setting up this campaign as it's been by far the best you've done so far for European players (IMO). Thanks!

Did they help you get your code? I've had the same issue and they keep telling me it's on the order detail page, but it's not...
Hopefully they just send the code, because this order has been a full week in the making because of all the issues with the site.

Yea, same issue here. Code isn't showing, purchase has been on "COMPLETE", Paypal went through.
Since Friday Night, I have a ticket open, but I got no reply yet. God hope that can get sorted out tomorrow morning before they receive an angry call from me.
This whole site and promotion is a mess. But that isn't the first time Squeenix pulls a stunt like that. I should've known better. 'Fool me twice' in that case.
After that, I hope that I can refund my 3 quids as soon as possible. I don't want o have any more business with this site in the future.
