Yep, 3x PbP and then land 80% of your 90% success rate Flawless and you will be a hair from finishing, so 1 CS2 to finish the job, then focus on quality.

For reference, on these synths where you have 64 MaMa stacks, you can spare 20% or just shy of 13 and be well within a CS2 finish. Of those 13, 1 for IQ, 1 for SH, 3 for PbP, 1 for Manip... baseline 6 MaMa's used, leaving you with 7 for ToT. (Honestly more like 10 since CS2 is worth several FS's). I am pretty sure the above costs 173 CP total, which means you need to hit 7 Goods to come out with full Dur and CP, on 7-10 extra MaMa's.

All in all, other than being stupidly long, this is super effective.
