    宇宙の膨張で銀河系が広がるみたいに、
    土地と土地の間を今よりも離すことで拡張する。
    これでSでも家を持っている人は、
    Lまで増築可能と言うのはどうでしょうか。

    それが厳しければアパルトメントの応用で、
    外観は大小あるが内部的に、
    広くすることが出来るようになるのはどうですかね？
