This isn't a hard concept. One content is available to all players that want to achieve it. The other content isn't available at all until SE intervenes.
I mean, I got a house a few months ago from being patient and waiting, so. You're acting like no one ever leaves, and that skill plateaus don't exist. Not everyone is going to be good enough to beat Savage, no matter how hard they try, and the attitude that anyone can do it if they try hard enough is one I'm frankly sick of.
