SE fucked us all, at my Server all large houses were sold 1 min after the servers were up, and whole shirogane in less than 5 min. Now i see ppl selling houses... SHAME SE SHAME YOURSELVES FOR THIS.

I wish they would allow FC's with a certain player base to have access to plots. You shouldn't be able to buy a large plot just for the lulz. That is what apartments and FC rooms are for.
Why should the FC with 1-5 active members own a house the size of Walmart while FC's with 500 members be forced to use small houses?
A lot of people on our server have FC's with only 1-2 members. I've been looking for the owners for months trying to talk to them but apparently they only log in just enough to keep the housing.
With how rare housing is updated and how scarce houses are to begin with, it would be nice if they would try to implement some sort of system.

Housing flippers should get permabanned. I'm sorry, but my FC banded together to raise money for a house, spent time making plans on how we were going to decorate it, even planned some events to try and spark a sense of community in whatever ward we landed in. I tried to log in a little *too* soon, and the lobby was up but the data center wasn't so I got booted out and had to log in entirely again... that minute of logging back in cost us the house. It didn't just let me down... it let my whole FC down. Now 95% of the houses in Shirogane belong to individuals and probably 75% of them don't have a house on them yet because they're likely being held by house flippers.

SE really should've let FCs go first, even if only by an hour or so. FCs had so much more riding on it than an individual wanting to buy a house that they'd maybe glance at once or twice a week between raids and dungeons.

In all fairness, this is a double edged sword.
On one hand, yeah...The FC with 500 players being confined to a small house is crap.
On the other hand, not being able to buy that mansion removes a vital recruitment tool from the small FC, making it even harder for them to grow since new players will obviously gravitate to the already larger guilds with big fancy houses.

Yeah but... that's as opposed to now, where some of the large guilds have no house at all. No house, no airship, nothin'.
