Also, implying 4man content is anything more than a lunchbreak W+1 fest.

Just because the 4-man content isn't challenging shouldn't mean that balance should be thrown out the window.

And if this change did happen and the dungeons got rebalanced, you would have a higher probability of getting underperforming DPS in your parties, indirectly making the dungeons take longer. Would you want that?
