I see no one speaking with vitriol in this thread but people who want to (bizarrely) justify not being able to take off abilities. And seriously... are you trying to say we should speculate every ability with have function in every instance we play the game? Seriously?

That so laughable you've bankrupted yourself. No information to back me up... get real. You or any one trying to imply that every skill we will be forced to have will have a use in every encounter is absolutely delusional. Doesn't happen in this game or any MMO - EVER.

There is absolutely no need to to adamantly have stuff on my bar I don't want. No amount of ridiculous bloviating will change that fact.

Those effects might not be worth using in the long run when Min/Maxing DPS, enmity or healing so why bother having them forced on the action bar?

This is why:

Furthermore, no differentiation is currently being made between setting an action learned through the current class and one belonging to another. This has rendered it difficult for each class to retain its uniqueness.

In other words, it's completely doable to populate your skill bar with ONLY abilities from other classes and absolutely none from your own. This new system forces you to have all of your abilities equipped, thus forces you to play your own class.
