My sub renewed just before the campaign started, and again just after it ended (90 day sub+15 days for Road to 60 alt) and I got mine on the fifth. So it seems having an active 90day+ sub at any point of the campaign counted.

yeah, pretty much the same here. got the 15 days, and didnt get the mount. (Dont really want the mount, so idc that much, but it is a bit stupid)

Don't worry much about it, it'll be available later through other means. There are only 6 mounts in the game which a permanently missable (soon 8 after Yokai event ends). Seasonal mounts are added later to the mogshop, white choco should be next after they've added moogle suit which was exclusive to fanfest.


I never did the 90 days. I pay monthly with Crysta. Just got my mount the other day.

I always thought that it 90s days subscription before that time period they gave. If you have been playing since 2013 as your account says then you already pass those 90 days time limit. I pay monthly and got the mount in one of the latest waves. I think SE is probably giving out the mount according to what their system thru since everything is automatically, ppl will need to wait till they get their turn (except the ppl who got less than 90 days subscription)
Sadly it was the same case as myself. Myself and my Girlfriend left Balmung for Omega due to SE consist pleads. Yeah we didn't have to however we decided to bite the bullet. Normally my payment comes out on the 26th off each month, we decided to level alts on the server and get a FC House. The standard stuff. Sadly I got the 15 days, the thing that annoys me is this, I didn't ask for the days nor did I ask for SE to change my subscription days on my reoccurring subscription. I have played since the game open in 2013, this feels like a slap in the face by them.
I know I could of added on another month but the point in the matter, I shouldn't have to. I work and I get paid at the end off the months, it's not like I can just dump cash on extra months when I pleased I need to budget my money over the course off the month. SE should off took into account and consideration off players who they asked to transferred and extended the requirement time for 20 days.
I have played since 2.0 and I never once let my sub drop until literally the end of September, and I also did not receive the mount despite being eligible within the time frame. But because I let my sub drop on the 27th of September, somehow I ended up not being eligible, which I thought was strange because my husband got his at the beginning September when the mount first began being rolled out to players.
We both had the same amount of sub time, we both played since 2.0... yet only one of us got the mount?
This promotion was super confusing at best, and I think it should atleast be extended further since it appears for many players other promotions got in the way.
All you had to do to counter the free time given was purchase game time card and apply it to the account to qualify. Not hard at all, it was stated free time would not count for the mount promotion.
I am one of these people that hated this mount. Literally hate it and I am not kidding, I canceled my subscription for a whole month, so I wouldn't qualify for it and I don't regret that decision.
However, I do know lots of people have been waiting for that mount and got very exciting, I think as square announced that whole event, they should have mentioned it, since the initiatives were already in place. Some servers got the status changed not just long ago, here again, should have mentioned it in a separate news post.
And while I agree that normally people shouldn't be babysat, this is completely different, because if you make changes to the system and that could possibly interfere with already running promotions, you should at least be so kind and mention it to your consumers. We're not talking about upcoming events, that are talked to death on the news section, or returning events/promotions that were already a fail the first time around, therefore I hope you can talk to the support and get some kind of solution offered.
