have you looked in the mog station at the link that shows you additional items? it's on the right side below veterans rewards. is the falcon listed there? if not you might need to email a gm. if it is you might just need to go to a delivery moogle and click the button at the top to request delivery.

I got 30 days free for adding a full version mac client even though i had a regular sub already for the pc version. I tossed a 60 day card on there on the 30th to be safe and got mine.

Hell I got screwed because I received 7 days free time due to the server transfer from Montreal to California. That and being on a 180 Day subscription cost me. SE giveth and SE taketh away. Still cannot figure it out though. Even with that in mind my active paid period should have ended on 2 Oct 17 two days after the campaign.

...Fast forward to the 30th and something provokes me to look at when my subscription is to renew. October 2nd, oh okay so that means I've paid September and am now going to receive my dorky looking mount right? WRONG!!

My subscription was apparently due on September 17th and the 15 free days ruined my opportunity to obtain this mount, and consequentially ruined it for my GF as well.

Wow... that sucks, out of all the edge cases, I didn't even see this one as possibility.

With any luck, they are bringing back this Falcon Mount again, seeing how most "exclusive" items came back for a 2nd round whether in cash shop, or another promo event.

Also as a side note, you can bypass the "1000 character limit" in these forums by just editing the post afterwards... It's such a silly restriction.

barely got mine today, like a month after most of the ppl i play with :P Hope you can get things sorted out, hadn't thought of it before but the free 15 days mighta been why i got delayed too.

Ok that's super awkward. This is more complicated than it needs to be. Not sure I even fully understand lol. It should just reward the mount to anyone who is subbed through the campaign period, regardless of when or how they paid... Billing date shouldn't matter, you paid at some point and your subscription ran through the campaign period, give them the mount.

I'd like SE support on this issue as well. I subbed for 3 months at the end of June. My sub would of renewed mid late-September if it wasn't for the 15 day extension for playing on new worlds.

we bought the 90 day subs around september 20-25. we still had 10 days left our current sub, then the 90 days kicked on 2 days ago. so yes we did buy them before the date.

The subscription doesn't tend to get charged until your old subscription runs out, in this case it likely charged you after the time was up.
Didn't notice what page I was on, someone already responded with similar.

I think at the very least the 15 days free time should have either counted towards it or they should have added a 3rd wave to make sure anyone with the 15 days on there could qualify without having to mess with time cards.

The number of days of subscription time added to your account, excluding free play periods, is how eligibility will be determined. This does not mean that 90 days must have elapsed to be eligible. For example, you can still obtain the mount if you purchase a 90-day subscription period on the 30th of September 2017.

I got ARR demo on the 15th or thereabouts.

I got ARR Starter Edition on the 20th.

I got Stormblood CE on the 28th, and a time card.

After reading about the requirements, I got a second time card and redeemed it on the 29th.

I am, currently, still within my "Free days" period from the ARR purchase.

I have spent mucho dinero on this game, and well within the time constraints.
My friend who recommended me got her gold chocobo feathers and 2-person choocobo. I got my friendship circlet and 90-day veteran rewards. I still have something in the vicinity of 129 days left.

How screwed am I? I met ALL of the requirements.

As long as you activated both of the time cards and had stormblood before the end of September you should have qualified. Make sure you empty/delete all of the mail (including old mail that's been read) and then try hitting the button on the top right of the moogle mail to retry sending rewards. If doing that doesn't work, contact support.
