YOU show that you don't understand what am saying, and this is getting old have a good night.Checking every pixel.... no. I just see them unless the display is beyond a certain point based on the screen size and dot pitch. I don't "need" any specific size. And what I meant was, you can only see so far to the sides without moving your eyes or turning your head. A 24" Monitor and 42" TV at the right distance will look the same. Put them too far and you see everything outside of the TV, too close and you have to turn your eyes or move your head to see it all. Like at a theater, sitting in the front you have to turn your head to see some things clearly. Sit in the back and you can usually see the whole screen and then some. But sit in the right spot and you see the whole screen without having to turn your head or move your eyes and you don't see much to the sides beyond the image.
Also, you can drop the condescending attitude. I don't care what certs either of us have, nor our ages. A cert is something showing you took a course or passed a test, nothing more. YOU show you know the info or not, and YOU show whether you can learn beyond that or not. I may not agree with your view on the subject, but I do understand why you like it the way you watch it.
P.S. Something you might want to think about before you go to sleep tonight, why would someone with 120" screen sit at the same distance they would sit from a 30" monitor?
