Is the vote kick system improperly implemented for how it's actually being used?

See, I'd have reported that as they initiated the kick to leave the dungeon immediately after leveling, avoiding the penalty. That's one of those things that should really be taken as a case-by-case abuse of vote kicking. Especially with how close you said you were near the end of the dungeon. They could have just as easily asked to be kicked and been replaced.

Oh trust me, we reported the heck out of that. I don't mind if you want to be kicked to avoid a timer or something but douche moves like that are a pain.
